A simple, engaging, and accessible format that turns good intentions into lasting impact — and helps people grow, together.

Photo challenges that highlight inclusion, quizzes that break down misconceptions, and light physical activities that promote a more inclusive, measurable, and caring company culture.
1 in 4 U.S. adults – 61 million Americans – have a disability that impacts major life activities, and many of these conditions are invisible.
Therefore, this Disability Inclusion challenge combines learning and micro-actions that everyone can take — both at work and remotely.
Each week brings simple, collective activities:
Everyone can participate at their own pace — by joining, reacting, or voting — while quizzes strengthen understanding of key topics like workplace accommodations, inclusion best practices, and accessibility.
Modules like “Myths & Realities,” “Invisible Disabilities,” “Accessibility in Everyday Life,” and “Know Your Rights at Work” provide clear, practical insights.
The challenge makes the topic real and approachable. Conversations actually open up, stigma decreases, and people feel more comfortable taking initiative — sharing resources, suggesting improvements, or organizing small team events.
With daily and weekly goals, shared points, and mosaic photo boards, teams build a collective story that connects departments and locations.
This dynamic fosters tangible acts of solidarity, stronger belonging, and a lasting culture of inclusion — naturally embedded in daily life.
