The DEI challenge is an authentic invitation to explore, share, and live the values of equity, respect, and openness — together.

Each week, employees take part in collective challenges, interactive quizzes, and story-sharing activities that spark dialogue around stereotypes, accessibility, gender balance, and cultural diversity.

Photo missions such as “Proud of My Team” or “Inclusion in Action”, and mini-challenges like “Highlight a Hidden Talent”, encourage curiosity, empathy, and appreciation across teams.

In a fun, judgment-free format, participants learn to recognize their biases, appreciate different perspectives, and celebrate diversity as a shared strength.
