What personal data do we collect?

Login Information

Collected during application use: identifiers (email and password), personal information (first name and last name), device details (OS, version, model, manufacturer).

Physical Activity (steps)

Steps recorded by the OS help calculate points. Access requested via Apple Health and Google Fit. Data from connected devices also included.

GPS Data

Used to measure distance traveled during physical activity. Only distance points are stored, not precise location.

Challenge Media

Users may share photos/videos during challenges. Unshared photos remain personal.

Access to Personal Data

Strictly for Teamupp’s use. Authorized personnel access only for specific tasks. Includes customer service and technical support.

Data Sharing Situations

Data stored in Europe-based host infrastructures. Shared only under judicial request or with user organization for its own needs.

User Rights

Retention period compatible with business purposes. Users can access, rectify, erase, limit, port, and object to their data. Consent withdrawal and post-mortem directives applicable.
