What personal data do we collect?
Login Information
- Collected during application use: identifiers (email and password), personal information (first name and last name), device details (OS, version, model, manufacturer).
Physical Activity (steps)
- Steps recorded by the OS help calculate points. Access requested via Apple Health and Google Fit. Data from connected devices also included.
GPS Data
- Used to measure distance traveled during physical activity. Only distance points are stored, not precise location.
Challenge Media
- Users may share photos/videos during challenges. Unshared photos remain personal.
Access to Personal Data
- Strictly for Teamupp’s use. Authorized personnel access only for specific tasks. Includes customer service and technical support.
Data Sharing Situations
- Data stored in Europe-based host infrastructures. Shared only under judicial request or with user organization for its own needs.
User Rights
- Retention period compatible with business purposes. Users can access, rectify, erase, limit, port, and object to their data. Consent withdrawal and post-mortem directives applicable.
