Teams set common goals, encourage each other, swap recipes and tips, and create small rituals that last — like “Green Snack Mondays,” “local lunch days,” or simply keeping water close by.

Weekly quizzes bust nutrition myths (about sugar, fats, fiber, and much more) and explain how food choices impact energy and focus — helping everyone eat smarter and feel stronger.
