Teamupp commits to adhering to Google API Services data usage policy, including limited use requirements. Our commitments include:

Authorized Use: We use restricted data only to provide or improve visible user features within our interface, ensuring clarity of purpose for users.
Authorized Transfer: We transfer restricted data only when necessary to enhance visible features, comply with the law, or in the context of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Transfer is also possible for the Subscriber Entity.
Prohibited Advertising: We never use or transfer restricted data for personalized, targeted, or interest-based advertising.
Prohibited Human Interaction: No team member is allowed to read users’ restricted data except in specific cases like obtaining user consent, security reasons, legal compliance, or when data is aggregated and anonymized for internal use.

Termination Teamupp reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the application for any user who violates these terms.
