Stress and Burnout Prevention Challenge

A team-based challenge to support mental health, open communication, and stronger connections at work.

Interactive resources and collective challenges help employees manage pressure, express their needs, and develop lasting habits that protect against stress and fatigue.

Recognize, prevent, and take action… Together!

Emotional fatigue, loss of motivation, isolation…With nearly one in two employees experiencing stress and up to 30% of long-term absences linked to burnout, prevention has become essential.

Through the Stress and Burnout Prevention Challenge, teams explore key themes each week:

  • Managing mental load
  • Work–life balance
  • Recognition and gratitude
  • Quality sleep and recovery
  • Active listening
  • Emotional awareness and connection

Each day brings practical activities and insights that help participants spot early warning signs, protect their energy, and restore balance before stress turns into burnout.

A proactive, compassionate approach that turns awareness into sustainable, collective wellbeing.

From awareness to action and connection

Transform mental health awareness into a positive, engaging team experience. Each week, employees take part in simple yet impactful activities:

  • Educational quizzes
  • Photo challenges like “My calm corner” or “My recharge moment”
  • Team missions such as “3 gestures of gratitude” or “A day without interruptions”

The app keeps the rhythm going with a live feed where colleagues share successes, encourage one another, and celebrate progress.

Managers also gain tools to foster open conversations and spot early signs of fatigue — helping create a psychologically safe and supportive environment.

Whether on-site or remote, this challenge helps teams reconnect around a shared goal: preventing stress and building stronger, healthier workplaces — grounded in empathy and mutual care.
