How the Step Challenge Works
The Teamupp Step Challenge is an ideal initiative to encourage physical activity within your company.
The concept is simple: participants’ daily steps are automatically logged through their phone’s health apps, so there’s no extra effort required. These steps are then converted into points. Individual and team performances are tracked on a leaderboard, along with daily statistics.
Depending on the company, its workforce, and its needs, the step challenge can be conducted individually or as a team. The goal is to accumulate as many steps as possible over a month, or a specified period, to promote health.
While our step challenge centres on walking, it can also be complemented with additional activities, such as quizzes or photo challenges, to enhance engagement and keep participants motivated.
